After playing for over a decade in alt-cabaret-rock outfit, The Scarlet Ending, with her identical twin sister, Kayleigh Goldsworthy is now stepping away from the group to release her debut solo record, Burrower. She was able to snag the talents of Jay Weinberg (Against Me!, Madball) and Kiel Feher (Selena Gomez, Satellite) for drums, Jani Zubkovs (Sainthood Reps) and Aaron Garritillo (The Scarlet Ending) on bass, Brendon Thomas (The End of America, Foreverinmotion) playing mandolin and banjo, and Brian Byrne (Envy on the Coast) lending some ambient guitar work. The record was mixed andmastered by Rick Parker. Kayleigh's received a massive amount of support for her new sound, landing guest appearances on a few of the 2012 and 2013 Revival Tour, opening for Against Me!, Larry And His Flask, Vinnie Caruana, The Menzingers, Lights and more, before even putting out her first album! This summer Kayleigh debuted her first single "Where The Summer Goes", a beautiful angst-y heart-break song that was featured on the Revival Tour Compilation and is a perfect teaser for what this solo album has in store.
Her debut solo record, Burrower, releases on November 5th.
