Solidifying their lineup in early 2004, The Hoodies consist of four former high school band mates dedicated to their growth as musicians and as people.
Dan Armbruster, Joey Morinelli, Brandon Desormeaux, & Paul Brenner spent the last 4 years honing their craft, and with the 2007 release of their independent album A Place on Solid Ground, the group began to raise some eyebrows. Their brand of indie/pop and rugged boyish good looks caught the eye of superproducer Mark Trombino (Jimmy Eat World, Blink 182, etc...) who has signed on to produce "The Fab Four's" debut full-length.
Having recently been named to the number 12 position on The Daily Chorus' coveted Top Unsigned List, and with features in national publications such as Alternative Press Magazine, the band shows no signs of slowing down. With a resumé that includes dates with Say Anything, Gym Class Heroes, Hellogoodbye, The Format, and Cute Is What We Aim For (to name just a few), and a sick 1999 Dodge Ram van named "Eddie", the band has maintained a busy touring schedule throughout most of 2007 and 2008.
