It’s like the first time you rode a bike. An overwhelming sense of freedom, the distinct notion of clarity and, precision then bam!! A face plant from a left turn you did not see coming. This three piece self dubbed only “Progressive Pop-Punk” band from southern California comprised of Joe Candelaria (Lead Vocals/Guitar) John Swaba (Bass), and Jimmy Dale (drums) bring to mind nostalgic memories of the days when “Drive Thru” was still a label, TRL ruled your life, and you had not quite figured out how to txt yet. Musically while they fit in right along the like’s of Saves The Day, The Starting Line, and Brand New(circa “Your Favorite Weapon”). If you pay attention they have progressive leanings akin to Moneen, and Boys Night Out. On there new E.P “HopE.Passion” Joe’s Lyrical subject matter deals with everything from calling out the drunk girl at the party smoking a cigarette backwards to the state of the modern human condition even borrowing some lines from J. Kerouac’s “On The Road”. They have done 6 West Coast tours with funded by jobs they hate. Self released two e.p’s, and plan on following WARPED TOUR this summer to make friends and, sell cd’s. “Were just dude’s who love music more than anything else. Being on tour is home to us.” This is a band to watch out for give them one spin to be hooked in and, a second spin to floor punch your room.
