Listening to the acoustic Dashboard album right now ... I really dig this new CD (both versions). I think it'll be a sneaker for top 10 to be honest. It just really connects right now. Also helps that I am sick as a dog and coughing up my lungs at the moment while stuck in bed. Sorry for not being around the website the past few days -- been doing as much as I can between overloading on everything and anything that could make me feel better. Just bought the Dear Jack documentary to watch. Must. Get. Better.

Being in bed has given me some time to think some website stuff through ... more soon.

Sometimes I forget an important lesson: I sit down for 5 minutes trying to figure out how to do something before realizing that the simplest solution is most often the best solution. Just do what works. Simple. I sometimes have to remind myself of this when I start trying to get too complicated.

Anyway - if you're looking for good eats? This recipe kicks ass. We made it last night - and it's damn good.

Ok, let's delete all the shit only submitted once. It's not that important.

Shit, there's like 15 of these damn NSN and Blood on the Dance floor things.

Ugh, fine, I'll post them - but I'm not doing it happily.

Great, now I'll take shit for this all day. For these 2 posts outta the 40 that were good content.

I'm writing down that the next version of a website I create has a very clear block function for news posts.

I know this is a long shot - but does anyone have the original pressing of Fall Out Boy's Take This To Your Grave CD? On one of the first batches at stores there was a sticker on the front with a quote from me. I can't find my copy, and would love a picture of it for my scrapbook. Worth a try.

Anyone else find it weird (or annoying) that there are a select group of members on AP.net that clearly work for blog sites (that see very little traffic) and so they find some way to work into any news post about a new band's album that they have it? It's always some subtle "this album is good" or "this album sucks" sorta comment in a news thread about a new release. We get it. You got the promo. You probably bragged in your blog, twitter, and all over the website you somehow convinced the PR department was worth sending an advance.

Yes, it's been one of those mornings. This doesn't help. Or this.
