| Inside AP.net: Mobile | | Inside AP.net: Mobile |
| I've had a lot of people ask me about the "apps" for AP.net, so I wanted to take a moment and address those questions. First, I want to say I believe in mobile in a big, big way. We've had a version of an AP.net mobile site since back in the WAP days. It's seen a few iterations and I actually really like the current version (from an aesthetic standpoint) for browsing the website on my phone. I use it pretty frequently from my blackberry (opera mini browser) and have played with it on friends' iphones and android devices to make sure it works well. I simply don't have the time right now to work on any native applications or even work with other companies to create native applications for AP.net. I use the mobile site maybe 25% of the time I log on to AP and while it gets the job done, it's far from comprehensive/as good as it could be.

I can't use the regular browser for the BB. It drives me insane. I have the 9700 Bold. Haven't upgraded to OS 6.0 yet, but need to. And Mini works great on it for me, it's actually the main reason I haven't thrown my BB through a window yet (having some issues with it lately).
