Nice to see that while it's not the first thing on your plate, it's on your radar.

I use the mobile site maybe 25% of the time I log on to AP and while it gets the job done, it's far from comprehensive/as good as it could be.

Looking forward to all these changes, just hoping they turn out for the better.

Honestly, your dedication to this site and even more so it's users is just phenomenal Jason. It can't be easy creating a new desktop site and at the same time be thinking about having two mobile sites AND a tablet site in the future!

Also, how does Opera mini work on your BB (and what model BB?)? It runs slow as hell on my 9780, but used to run it on my old Sony Ericsson fine...sucks because it's a much nicer experience than BB browser

I'd love comments on what you think could be better in the mobile website. I mean, I'm sure I know a bunch of them, but it's always good to hear feedback from other users that use it as much as I do. I sometimes miss stuff.

So, if you're ever feeling up for it - a bulletlist would kick ass. I can make sure I have it down on my mobile to-do list.

Haha, thanks. It takes my multi-tasking brain to the max, that's for sure. The key for me is many spiral notebooks. Helps me keep all my thoughts (sort of) organized. Appreciate the kind words.

I can't use the regular browser for the BB. It drives me insane. I have the 9700 Bold. Haven't upgraded to OS 6.0 yet, but need to. And Mini works great on it for me, it's actually the main reason I haven't thrown my BB through a window yet (having some issues with it lately).

Give me a couple days and I'll do my best.

the new webkit browser on OS 6 is sooo much better than the old one! i used to use opera mini when i had OS 5 but there's not much need for it now.

i agree with you though jason, the mobile site for AP is better than any app could be. silly iSheep. you don't need an app for everything!

OS 6.0 is actually a huge improvement from 5, to me anyway, I'll give Opera Mini another shot because the BB browser is just awful! (To me anyway - to Bulls who quoted me before I realised and posted. It's definitely an improvement on their old browser, but still just doesn't do anything for me)

Love the site on an iPhone. It feels enough like an app. I remember you all had an app for a short time didn't you?

The smartphone version blows it out of the water.

I routinely check the site from my iPhone and find it WAY AHEAD of most mobile sites as is.
any improvements moving forward.....will just be icing on the cake IMHO.

Your commended on the amount of work you do and WITHOUT charging a standard fee.

I use mobile often on my Droid. It's good enough for me, so I agree with your list of priorities.
