Ok, so you know the song "Alice and Interiors"? That one part that goes "Are you dead or are you just sleeping?" Well I drew something that kinda stemmed from that in a really vague way. But I just imagined all these freakish sleep deprived people peering down at an unconscious person, trying to determine if they're dead or just tired.
So this is from the perspective of the person on the ground
