The Lucky Street Tour: Go Radio, This Providence, Tyler Carter, Ivory Lights
House Of Blues in Dallas, TX on April 18, 2012

After seeing Go Radio twice within the past year (once on Warped, once opening for Yellowcard), I was amped to finally see the guys on a headlining stint, as it’s about time they got a full-length set in. Sure enough, it was well worth the wait, as the Tallahassee rockers owned the stage.

The last time I saw Go Radio (Reach For The Sun tour), they only played 3 songs due to everyone being late to the venue and because TDS had such a long set. Jason proceeded to play acoustic at the van outside afterwards for a good 7-8 songs.. it was a completely unexpected surprise. To see GR finally on the Lucky Street tour was a treat. That band is so locked-in live that it's almost robotic, in every good way possible. While I could have done without Tyler Carter, this tour was a blast.

Great write up.. you hit it spot on.

I love seeing this band live. All three times I've seen them (district lines, yellowcard, and at a one-off show at a local college) they've absolutely killed it. I also love how they hang out with fans well after the show. Real dedication.

Go to this show. You'd be crazy to miss it. Go Radio is so solid live and This Providence was great.
