I don't think Universal is being a very good label at the moment. I mean, New Surrender leaked over a month early. I don't believe Cities leaked until the pre-orders were out. I feel really nervous for Anberlin--if this album doesn't do what Universal wants, then that means all of this hard work to get here has gone somewhat wasted.

Maybe you shouldn't post the band's music on youtube then.

I think it's completely ridiculous that it's apparently no longer acceptable to post a live video of a band on Youtube. It's not like you're stealing anything - it would be understandable if you uploaded a video and put a studio recorded song in the background, with the intent of letting people hear the song for free instead of buying it. But it's a one-of-a-kind LIVE PERFORMANCE, you can't go buy it in a store. It makes me sick that these songs are "owned" by people who have nothing better to do than track down harmless live videos on the internet and prevent the band's fans from watching them.

I know you're not a big fan of live videos, but what is the problem with putting up live performances from concerts?

Why does Jason Tate sound like a complete and total ASSHOLE in almost every post I've seen? Get the fuck over yourself you prick!

And as for this blog, brilliant. This machine needs to die a slow, painful death. Anberlin is too good for this.

To put on way too much makeup and write all over nike shoes hosting your arm like you're in the 4th grade again? Are gel pens making a comeback too? Seriously, when you grow up you are going to look back at this point in your life and be embarrassed for yourself.
