There are 5 bands on the tour, gotta make room for all of em. ABR and BMTH are technically co-headliners anyway.
i understand. that's part of the problem though. what's the need to put 8 bands on a bill for a tour anyway? all scene tours have that now. it's just so weird to me. although when i was 14-15 i was all about it. now that i'm old enough to know better - normal tours have AT MOST 3 (or so) bands. granted, we have one venue that grabs all the "scene" shows in my town and i haven't been there in about 3 or so years, but from the looks of it scene shows haven't changed one bit. it's like a mini-warped tour. how do kids leave pleased when a headliner is playing for 30 minutes? just strange, you know?

Yeah I see where you're coming from. From my angle, I think it can be a positive thing too. You get all these people coming out to see BMTH or ABR or whatever who don't care that they're only playing a 30, 40 minute set. They'd shell out 17 bucks just to get a glimpse of them for all they care. The good part about this is that bands like This Is Hell and PBC that are making some solid music also get the exposure. If you don't like a few bands, there's always the option to leave early/arrive late, and if you like all of them, it still feels like a wholesome night.

You are a douche and your arrogance is what ruins the fun for everyone. Sorry you grew out of the scene. Going to shows for 10 years really put a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to kids getting a couple years older and deeming the shows they used to be a part of beneath them.
