This week, I picked up the new albums by Dirty Projectors, Sonic Youth, and Mos Def. I was ridiculously excited for all three of these, but Sonic Youth the most, because they are easily one of my top 5 favorite bands. However, despite them having a measurable advantage due to this fact, they still released my third favorite album of the week.
