And the award for reunion of the year goes to THE FEST!
07/25/10 at 11:48 AM by prefix-core | In the world of bands I never thought I'd have the opportunity to see, the first two shouldn't surprise anybody who knows me: The Descendents. Jawbreaker. The latter will most likely never happen and the former will happen if you give them enough time.
But when I saw the line-up for the Fest 9 last night? My head exploded. #3 on that list of mine is a band I had seen a few times over the years. They saw me through countless rough nights in high school and college and the last time I saw them perform was definitive for me in terms of "working through" some shit. So. Yeah...
