The Wonder Years is my favorite band. When I heard Suburbia for the first time, a million drawing/painting ideas flooded my head. There were so many, in fact, that it took me until now to actually decide on what to do first. This was going to be a drawing, but I realized I hadn't really painted for three or four months and I wanted to get back into it. So, yeah. here it is. Woke Up Older. Charcoal and oil on canvas. (14x18", if you were curious)
There will be more soon. I think I'm going to tackle a drawing inspired by "I Won't Say the Lord's Prayer" next.
