When I first started watching wrestling at the age of 5. I was drawn in by a number of "superstars" with one of them being Mr. Perfect other wise known as Curt Hennig.
WWE recently released a DVD called "The Life and Times of Mr. Perfect". It features about and hour or so long documentary on Curt's life from time in AWA to his peak as Mr. Perfect through his poor WCW spell to his final, yet short WWE run in 2002.
The DVD shows Hennig was one of the best wrestlers, not for his time but ever. He had the look, the technique, the moves and the charisma to become a legend.
Unfortuantly Curt is no longer with us. He died in Febuary 2003 at the age of 44.
One of Curt's best matches was his Summerslam 1991 match with Bret 'The Hitman' Hart:
