So I've been missing for quite some time....
Working in a hospital now, and going to school for Art. Thats all i do now a days aside from concerts, sporting events, and bar hopping with friends.

Been a while since i've been in AP.net. Missed it.
Since i've been gone, I opened a pizza place, and within half a year ran out of money to keep it open because of the previous owners debt. So I closed it down in May of last year.
Got myself back in school by august, and so far I'm maintaining a 3.0GPA as I study in film and multimedia, hopefully get my bachelors in that field and go on to make films
Almost died back in September, my appendix became inflamed and was causing severe pain to my abdomen which I thought was just a kidney stone until they gave me a CT Scan. The scan had revealed the appendix issue as well as the fact that it had ruptured slightly and the toxins were spilling into my body slowly. They rushed me for surgery, and I was kept just over a week battling infections from the toxins. Bad toxins, naughty naughty toxins! Took me a month after leaving the hospital til i was back to normal, somewhat.
Now I continue with my pursuit of education to better my future, while working on side projects with friends such as a few youtube video's for our Polymath Production channel, and a soon to come Podcast we hope to have on youtube sometime in march of this year. | |

| | An update to those with nothing to do |
Its been sometime since i've been on here or talked to anyone. So i thought I'd give a recent update to those who care. unfortunately, i am in a rush so it will be summed up into small points...
*My grandmother has been pretty sick recently, and doctors don't think she is doing to well. It scary when she is already giving things to her grandkids like jewelry or clothes. Scary situation.
*I recently discovered a $5 in the parking lot of my work and bought myself a Kids meal at mcdonalds. it was fun having a kids meal again.
*i've been pretty much in pain for a while now. and spent yesterday in the ER. Got drugged up and sent home with some good prescriptions. And today i feel like a million bucks.
*i don't actually feel like a million bucks, more like $9,168.23...
*Today i start my vacation that will go til August 31st. and i will be driving down to naples to visit my grandparents as well as see a few old friends.

I'm literally in a funk. My head and my heart can't agree on anything right now. I'm falling for an ex all over again and i'm falling harder than a prize fighter taking a fall for the match. we had a brief conversation in which i explained a dream i had about her and her kid which involved us on a family like outing where we were together and married. I explained to her how i woke up from it confused and upset that the dream was merely a dream, and i think i made a mistake telling her. even though her response to it all was "that sounds interesting. lol But it sounds nice."
i lost her once as a gf, and i fear losing her again as a friend. the last thing i wanna do is over step my boundries as a friend and cause her to sever all communication with me. she means way to much to me to not have in any part of my life. | |

| | Whats goin on in my world... |
Well, I've moved into my new place, and so far its been ok. Haven't been home enough to enjoy it. Been busy with work, and volunteering, and so on.
Speaking of volunteering, the group i volunteer for went out superbowl weekend and did some outreach, and in the process if that we stumbled across a lot of info that could have helped find victims of sex trafficking that are underage. As well as put us one step closer to find a runaway that had been missing since september. We got some many leads by showing her pic around town that we basically found out the main area she is known to be around, so its just a matter of time before we find her.
But alas, on a sad note...I recently found out that my aunt in puerto rico passed away. I spent more time with her when i was a lil kid, but on my last trip to puerto rico she was there smiling as always and it was nice to have seen her one last time. She was a cool aunt, and even in her will she requested that we don't have a funeral for her, but instead a party, because she doesn't want sad faces remembering jher, but people partying in her honor instead.

| So after weeks of preparation, i am finally moved into my new place. Unfortunately i still have some unpacking to do, but regardless i'm not in the expensive ass place i was in before. I'm just lookin forward to getting everything settled in so i can throw a party...which translates to inviting a few peeps over for some brews... | |

| | 3rd Shift at IHOP |
So i've decided that i will never ever go to an IHOP again unless it is between the hours of 8pm and 4am. preferably around 1am....
-The food for one tasted better.
-They let me order off of the kids menu so i got to get the create-a-face pancakes which ROCKED!
-The staff is so much nicer.
-And i fell in love with my waitress....lol. She was funny and had this nice tat behind her ear. But for the life of me i can't remember her name...guess i didn't fall in love with her, just with what she brought me...thats right a STACK of PANCAKES!

| | Weird dreams. |
So i keep having these weird ass dreams, and they all revolve around my ex. in one dream, i was at a friends apartment and she showed up an hour after i got there because my friend had called her over to try and get us back together. Another dream, i ran into her at a walmart and was acting nervous to be around her, and kept trying to put my arm around her, but would shy away. Another dream was that i came home from work, and in the dream i thought i lived alone, but when i came in there she was again. Its just fuckin weird, and keeps messin with my head a lil when i'm not asleep. And i don't think that the dreams mean that i'm gonna end up with her again, she's engaged and lives 2 to 3 hours from me, and i doubt she'd give up what she's got goin for her like she has in my dream world, to be with me.
Sometimes i wish i wasn't in my current predicament, coz i could have very well been able to go to her before she got engaged, and things might have been different. oh well, gotta just deal with the hand i've been dealt. | |

| | I made it a week! |
| Go me, i made it a flippin week without smokin, the hard part is over. tonight i felt like i was givin a sign that i made a good choice in quitting smoking when i did, while i was at work a guy came in and was all stressed out. Before he left, he said to me and my co-worker "don't ever start smoking". Then explained that he just spent time with his wife who is in the hospital and is having major problems that were caused by her smoking for so many years. so i kind of took it as someone trying to tell me i made the right choice, especially since he came in and said all of this to me on the day that i completed the hardest part of quitting smoking, which is the first week. I do however, feel a sense of sorrow for him and his wife, and i will keep them in my thoughts. | |

| | Day 5 has come and gone |
Alright, so its been 5 days since my last smoke, and i gotta say, i'm doin a lot better than i expected, i'm not craving it as much and i feel more alive and active...or at least that what i'm telling myself.
but in all seriousness, i think i should be completely over my nicotine craving within the next few weeks. Go Me!
Now fuck off, before my mood swings comes back and i start bitchin about not being able to smoke. | |

| I"MA KILL A MOFO! It's goin great....Haven't smoked in 3 days...Just about ripped one of my bosses a new asshole about the schedule due to my nicotine withdrawl symptoms, and i gave some old guy the bird at walmart for no reason...good times. | |

| | Preparing To Quit |
So today is Day One! I am now trying to quit smoking for good, i did it once and it lasted 3 months, but i can do it this time, and end it for good. I'm receiving assistance from the american cancer society in the form of 5 phone sessions to check on my progress as well as suggestions of things i can do to battle the addiction. They also sent me a 1 month supply of nicotine gum for free to start out, and once i do my fifth phone session, i will receive another months supply. So to all those out there that actually give a shit, wish me luck, and for those who don't, don't wish me luck.

| | A Day In The ER |
So i spent my Wednesday morning in the ER. At 4:30 am, i woke up to a very sharp pain, almost as if someone took a knife and was slowly shoving it into me. The pain was so bad that it almost felt like i had no control over my body. So I got in touch with my sister, woke her up, and had her swing by and pick me up. She took me to the ER, and chilled with me all day. I was put in a fabulous gown, and was laying in bed, well not really laying, i'd say more curled up into a fetal position and ready to snap the bed railing in half due to my grip on it. They hooked me up to an IV, and then gave me 3 different injections. One for the pain, One for the nausea that would have been caused by the pain medicine, and one for my kidney since the pain seemed to originate from there. After a 5 minute wait, the pain had disappeared and i was off to do a CT scan, which later resulted in them finding i have a kidney stone. Fun stuff, its my first one. So 4 hours after checking in i was discharged and sent home. At least i got to watch planets funniest animals while drugged up in a hospital bed.
Moral of the story, don't have kids ladies! I've felt the pain!!! | |

| | My jobs attempt at my life. |
So the truck driver who was unloading the truck had just passed me a case of crap so i scanned it and in the process of pulling it off the truck and putting it on a handcart, i dropped the palm pilot i was using. When this happened the driver had his back to me and wasn't lookin, so i bent down to pick up the palm pilot from the ground and set it back on the truck so i could continue.
Well, dumbass truck driver grabs a case of heavy crap and pushes it down the ramp, apparently didn't notice i wasn't standing their, and since no one was there to stop it it rolled down the ramp and off the truck. So when it fell, the side of the case landed right on the back of my neck hitting from just below my ear to my shoulder, knocked my sideways a little bit, but i still caught the case before it hit ground. Now, at the time i was worked up trying to unload 460 cases and scan em in that the hit didn't phase me. But about 5 hours later, my neck started hurting, so i stopped what i was doing and filled out an incident report (paperwork for worker comp doc) and submitted that shit.
Now today, i get up and my neck is stiff, my shoulder hurts, and my back is feeling like i've been lifting weights all night. so when i get to work, one of my coworkers hands me an email from the companies workers comp person sayin to fill out an injury report, so i'm like, well shit, might as well do this shit and make em pay for me to get checked out. So after its sent, i get sent off too some walk in clinic, sit their for a while, get xrays done while being hit on by the girl who was doing the xrays, (fugly, i wanted to call her parents and ask why they let her go out in public), and then come to find out that i have some minor bruising under the skin on the muscle tissue of my neck/shoulder, and due to the force the impact had on me caused strain on my back muscles. So they drug tested me, and gave me a bottle of muscle relaxers, and anti inflammatory to take for a while, and want me to get checked up on next monday just in case.

| | Vacation Time |
Can't wait for next week already. I finally get a vacation somewhere nice. Flyin out to Puerto Rico for a few days and lookin forward to it. I haven't gone anywhere in a little over 4 years, so its much deserved. Nothin like sittin on sandy beaches on an island sippin on some rum. Booya!
