So I thought I should do some frequent blogs that have some relevance to music. So every Tuesday I plan on highlighting a band that I think deserves to be recognized or I have been listening to as of late. I guess this is sort of like Jason's soapbox but I just want to dedicate this strictly to bands. I'll see how long I can keep this up haha.
So anyways I think for the first week I think I will go with the no brainer...
The Dangerous Summer
Their new album "Reach For The Sun" is now out in stores and everyone should go and check out this record. If you have started to lose any faith in the pop punk scene these boys will bring you back. This record looks like it is going to be an AOTY contender for many music fans alike. There is just so much substance for one album. Don't think twice about driving an hour to go to your record store to get this. If you need any other further encouragement just check out Blake's review Here. Get this record, it's worth every penny.
I'm trying to order TDS's new record off of Hopeless's site and its being a bitch. First of all it doesn't offer paypal which is the easiest way to pay for things online. Second it keeps saying that my billing address doesn't match the one that's on my card, when I have checked quadruple times. I'm just going to wait a little bit and try again.
