| Hip-hop: Q-Tip |
| Q-Tip has got to be one the best hip-hop artists of all time, it's not even close. First of all, he did A Tribe Called Quest, that in itself is grounds for absolute praise. But while the others members of Tribe have done little at all and even less that's noteworthy, Q-Tip has released two official full length albums and two unofficially released albums, all of which (except for parts of Amplified), have been fantastic. While it doesn't really compare to Tribe (who are supposed to be releasing something new at somepoint), it's damn good, especially compared to a lot of the mainstream hip-hop coming out. | | Tags: hip-hop, Q-Tip, A Tribe Called Quest |
