| I just finished up this project on Anberlin's album Cities that I've been working on for a while. I dug through all the interviews with vocalist/lyricist Stephen Christian I could find from around the time Cities came out, and I was actually able to find explanations from him for every single song on the album, about what inspired the lyrics. The explanation for (*Fin) is especially cool, if you haven't already read it anywhere. I also found some pretty cool information about the album in general, like that it was originally called Songs for Darker Places, and how that title eventually transformed into Cities. I posted it on my personal blog, which doesn't really have any other posts about music, but this ended up being so big and time-consuming that I wanted to post it there anyways.
