today two things happened on significant the other not so significant.
significant: My friend Andrew passed away. Andrew had been battling sistic fibrosis all his life. He was a fighter and though he visited the hospital more than the average kid he was able to life a pretty normal life. But about a year ago he started getting really sick, he was on his death bed when his parents got a call that there was a pair of lungs for him in california. He spent the next couple of months recovering from that life changing surgery and rebuilding his life. Andrew and and had never been bffs but we were always friends. But like friends do we drifted apart of the last year. That changed today when i received a call that Andrew had passed away while visiting his grandparents. They don't know the cause of death yet but im sure it was some freak accident, the man just recently completed a marathon. Anyway i'll miss you Andrew, and i know you are in a better place.
