I had planned on writting a big list of my favourite songs from 2008, and the movies i loved, and what i am excited about...but i realised that no one really cares.
No body really reads the lists, because everyone just says the same thing...
One band/song/album that i will recomend is Board Up the House - Ghengis Tron From the Album Board up the house.
If you like any form of heavy music with some screaming, give it a shot and see what you think. There is just something really intense about the build up in that song.
Ok, after reading the "Weekly entertainment round up" And seeing Jason's comment asking if anyone would be interested in writing movie reviews, i have decided to take him up on that idea and give it a go.
My writting is not perfect, i am fairly new here, so no one is going to see this and think "Oh Wow" And they probably won't get read, but hell!
Why not, if one person can be turned onto something new becuase of me, then i will be pleased!
I have a load of films sitting which i have been meaning to watch for a while, so i guess i will start and then write some stuff for them!

Eagle Vs Shark - Looks hillarious, and stars Jermane from Flight of The Conchords, so should be good.
The X-Files - The newest film, so will get something done for that.
Tropic Thunder - Watched some of it, and it is very funny. Enjoying it.
Will maybe write some stuff for some of my favourite films as well, like Back to The Future, Garden State, The Last kiss, Blade Runner, The Dark Knight...Various others.
I'l have a look, but i am saying now, it won't be amazing!
