It was pretty tough, considering that he first brought it up on our 1yr11mo anniversary thing, three days before [my] birthday. Gotta say this is gonna be a pretty memorable year. But I'm okay.

God I wish it was glorious. I was sick the entire time, lost 5 pounds. Not only that, broke up with my fiance and moved back in with my mom the next day. You have no idea how glad I am to be single after all of that.

Oh man, haha I am going to be such a let down. You can be anywhere and meditate, you don't have to be in a quiet room and you certainly don't have to hold your palms upwards on your knees. You just want to clear your mind of any thoughts and just "be in the now", concentrate on your breathing, your heartbeat. If you do drift away, come back. Try to realize, understand, what made you snap back to reality. Be aware of the sounds around you. The main goal is to try to clear your mind as much as possible, and to relax. That's all I can remember right now, but there are many forms of meditation. Sitting down, walking, or doing calligraphy as a way of expressing your thoughts.

Actually, from reading a book you probably already know more than I do. Although, I did go to a Buddhist camp where we had to meditate every morning for an hour or so. I know some basic basic things, but I could help you out if you wanted!

Yes I was born and bred a Buddhist. I practiced more when I was younger, now not so much. Right now I'm trying to figure out what I believe in, but I definitely hold Buddhist values to heart.
