ah yes i love The Maine's, All Time Low's and Forever the Sickest Kids' covers. there was another cover that i totally am blanking out on but i loved it. im blanking cuz it was from a band i don't listen to.
hm. that's actually a really difficult question because to be honest, i don't really listen to anything that could be considered 'heavy'. at least not to me. if anything, i lean more toward the pop side of the 'pop punk' genre. i've been listening to i am the avalanche for a little while now, i suppose that's the heaviest it gets.

lol i love the I Wanna Love You cover. i really hate Akon, but i listened to The Maine's cover of it and fell in love with them like instantly. first song i listened to by them :]
for some reason, Akon can sing it and i'll just think he's a disgusting loser whereas John sings it and i love it so much it's not even funny.

ahh yes. i love the EP too but i thought Can't Stop, Won't Stop was really good as well. Songs like I Must Be Dreaming and Into Your Arms have to be some of the sweetest songs i could expect from them/ever will expect. what's really disappointing though is i heard that they're kind of boring live. i really hope whoever told me that [i don't remember who it was] was like high or something because i want that to be a lie for whenever i do end up seeing them.

yeah their songs are slow but i really love the maine, they're in my top 5 fave bands. i think some of their songs are so sweet though. then again, im kind of a sappy chick haha

okey dokes. a lot of bands request me so i tend to go long periods of time without listening to certain bands and i haven't listened to the hoodies for quite a number of months but since i opened their myspace to get the link for you, i haven't been able to stop listening.

a few months ago, they added me on myspace so i gave them a listen and, as you predicted, i flipped because they are indeed super spiffy.

i have so many bands that i need to check out. i made a list a few months ago of bands that were recommended to me or that i had heard like one song by which i liked and wanted to check out more of the band and i stopped listing when i hit 60, i have a lot of listening to do lol

yeah a lot of those bands were like screamo or hardcore, etc. probably why i haven't listened to them. punk and rock are kind of general and i have a tendency to lean toward the pop sides of them

ah that sounds pretty good. i haven't kept tabs on every avenue, do they have another tour after the current ridiculously/hilariously long named tour they're on currently? wait you just said you're seeing them hah. so the answer'd probably be yes. who're they touring with?
the only thing i've watched/seen/fallen in love with from every avenue is pump jumping. i don't think pump jumping could ever get not hilarious. have you heard of it?
i have not heard of the years gone by however, im feeling a little stupid right now for not listening to four year strong earlier. i have to admit they are amazing from what i've heard so far.
