Oy- I need a less consistent job. Cubicle for 60 hours a week is REALLY driving me insane.

Unfortunately i won't be able to give you any critiquing or insight if you post next week, because i'm leaving for basic training on Monday :]

I'm in the Army, and thats my basic ship date. So i will be absent from the forums here from June 23rd until mid february.

Poopage is a tough one. You should rhyme it with something. Scoopage? Droopage? Loopage?

And I hope that didn't come across too harshly. I wasn't trying to be mean, I just think it's not the best of your work. It was too red; not orange enough!

So how about this. I got up to go to church this morning and, for some reason, the church was all locked up and empty. So, we all went back home to my Dad and decided that he should minister to us today. He talked to us about the names of God and told us about his favorite one. I can't spell it but it's pronounce EL-RAW-HE and it means "The One who sees me." He told us about how we should remember that God is always with us even in our most darkest of moments. It was really emotional because we could tell what dark moments he was thinking about in his life. He started crying and then my little sister started crying and then my mom and I cried and my other sister. I played worship songs on the guitar and we sang. It was incredible! God has just made Himself so known in our family these past few weeks. It's beautiful. He's beautiful.

HOWEVER, I did just purchase books of poems by Billy Collins and Frank O'Hara. I'm trying to find my voice in a conversational setting. And I'm in love with the poem "Mayakovsky" by O'Hara. Go read it if you haven't.

I hate AP withdrawals...And yet I have them all the time. It's so ridiculous.

Hopefully you can participate in the poetry discussion, or at least submit for the writing prompt thing. That would be cool.

If I had to describe the faith I ascribe to, it would be Walt Whitman. Haha. His ideas of faith and belief inspire me. I want to live my life with Leaves of Grass as a guide. Such an incredible view of God is just...I don't even know. It's the kind of God I believe in.

Religion doesn't bother me. In fact, I"m going through a transitional period myself regarding religion, so I'll probably enjoy it a great deal. I'll put it on my list.
