06:17 PM on 01/07/13 |  Your reviews are fu king amazing! I was googleing reviews of some random band and your review on this site was the first on the list. I read the review and felt like I knew exactly what that album would be like (like a masterpiece i wanted to live in) but as I had no way of listening to it at that time, I figured the next bets thing was to read another review from you about a different band.
Every review (so far) was a poignant vignette, a profound insight into the human condition. Needless to say you’re the reason I registered with the site.
I’m now systematically reading every review you’ve done on this site so far it's more like reading the lyric sheet to my favourite bands than some review. Reading your writing for me is more akin to reading McCarthy's The road than simply getting useful information about some band. You really get bands (like get get them), having you review my bands record is my new life goal (I let go of money and fame along time ago...)
I hope you keep on writing here and if you write elsewhere let us know.

utman8 is one of the reasons the industry is as lame as it as today. Instead of trying to understand the artist, he simply compares the songs to what he's already heard and pretends to be the Jesus Christ of music cridicts. There are a few smart comments i've noticed throughout this review.. some positive some negative, but to compare an artist that is just establishing themselves to the next big thing is a compliment in itself. Looking past utman8's foolish paris hilton jokes you can see that he's the kid in highschool no one liked.. the sinical asshole to put it mildly. These jokes are a simple way for him to seem smarter than the rest and somewhat clever, when in reality noone really get's these retarded jokes, because well... they are retarded. |
