Taking Back Sunday played a show last night in Cleveland and Brian Fallon, who was in town early for The Gaslight Anthem's show the following night, joined them on stage for "A Decade Under The Influence." Video in the replies.
When asked about playing a song like "There's No 'I' In Team," which directly references a longstanding feud with the band Brand New (specifically front man/former Taking Back Sunday bassist Jesse Lacey), Lazzara continues to add fuel to the old fire. "I think Jesse Lacey is just a dick," he says. "He just sucks. He's not a good person." Lazzarra goes on, "Who am I to say?", he says. "There's somebody out there that's gonna say I'm not a good person. I don't know."
Taking Back Sunday kicked off their latest tour with letlive. and The Menzingers last week. Their stop in Austin was a sold-out, non-stop party. I've grown a little bit jaded by the number of Taking Back Sunday sets I've seen at this point (#humblebrag), but each show is always just as energetic as the last.
