Maybeshewill have broken up. The band will embark on one final tour next year, more details to come. Check out the band's statement in the replies
We've thought about calling this a hiatus or just saying things are over, but if we’re completely honest we can’t quite bring ourselves to put our feet firmly in either camp. There are numerous personal reasons why this has to happen for some of us. For others I'm sure they’d prefer to be carrying on, but the nature of a band means that you have to find a solution which suits everyone and that’s what we’re doing here. That’s why we've decided that these will be our last shows and leaving it at that.

The singer of Far-Less explains in a new blog why the band broke up.
So, why did I want to leave a band that was on the brink of success (maybe)? I hated myself and I wasn’t confident enough to deal with low show turn outs and internal band politics. I was increasingly jealous of our friends who were doing well and I couldn’t stand it. I used being in (bad) relationships as my excuse to move and just disappear and I regretted it almost immediately.

The UK rock band, Blitz Kids have called it quits. They have also cancelled their upcoming UK tour and will be scheduling a farewell tour.
I don’t want to talk in clichés or metaphor, so I’m just going to come straight out with it. It is with heavy hearts but heads held high that we must announce it is time for us to take our leave.
We have always said that we are friends, first and foremost, before a band. And it is as friends that we have reached this decision to end this incredible adventure that we started 8 years ago. Between then and now, this band has taken us to beautiful places that we’d never have experienced without it, and introduced us to people who we consider family and...

This Century are breaking up.
We have decided as a band that after eight amazing and fulfilling years, we will be closing this chapter of our lives and stepping out into the next. This band has allowed us to grow and learn more about each other than we ever thought we would, and we all feel like we’re better people because of that and because of you guys. We love each other like brothers, we always have and we always will, so we’re happy to say this isn’t a result of anything negative. This Century has been an amazing experience, but we unanimously agreed while we were making this new album that it was time to move on to pursue each of our passions and musical projects. We wanted to see...

Adestria has broken up.
I've always tried to be as honest and upfront with you as I can, and I'll do my best to keep that up. As of now, there is no new music, and no new tours for us in the future. We did a lot of soul searching the past few months, and we amicably came to the conclusion that we're taking an indefinite break. In truth, it's a bummer that we're done. But that's how this goes. Music changes, members change, and it's hard living off $5 a day haha. Only a rare few bands can make a life out of music, and we were lucky enough (and very grateful) to do this as long as we did. Thanks to all of you for the support, whether you downloaded a cd, let us crash on your floor, bought...

Morning Parade have broke up.
Today is our time to come clean and reveal that with great thought and heavy sadness, we as 5 individuals have decided to call time on our journey as Morning Parade.

This is not down to musical differences, nor is it down to interpersonal relationships or band disagreements. It comes down to the simple reality that at this current point, for us to continue any further would be to do so at the detriment of our friendship, our personal, emotional, mental and financial well being, as well our enjoyment of music and memories of our time as Morning Parade.

Morning Parade has given us some of our greatest memories, dream like experiences, hysterical laughter,...

The Blackout are breaking up after a final UK tour.
Hey Guys, There’s no point in dancing around the subject, so we’ll cut right to the chase. We regret to announce that Wolves will be the final release by The Blackout. Unfortunately we have come to the conclusion we are unable to sustain this band anymore, and we feel the time is right to bring it to a close. This is the hardest decision we have ever had to make as a band, and although we do it with heavy hearts, we also do with our heads held high. We are all extremely proud of Wolves, and are eternallygrateful to each and every one of you who helped it get made. We said that it would not exist without your support, and we honestly mean...

Hey friends,
After a long time of consideration, we wanted to let you know that anything new from K Será does not seem likely in the near future. We want to thank all of you for the giving us the chance to pursue our passion and create memories that will last as long as we live. We hope you continue to enjoy the music that we feel proud and lucky to have made.
Until we meet again friends, good luck & take care.

Glocca Morra have decided to break up.
hello everyone and happy holidays. it's a stressful time for all of us, as a country and as humans. in light of America's most recent case of our failing justice system I feel that now would be as good a time as any to tell you that we are ending glocca morra.
my first draft of this post became too autobiographical and contrived. I wanted to talk about our history but it started to become a history lesson that even I got bored of writing.
this band was very important to me and definitely dictated my formative years. we haven't really done anything in the past two years save for two short tours with Owls and Joyce Manor. we just kind of stopped. but...

Hostage Calm have broken up.
Hostage Calm has broken up. It’s too soon, it’s too young, and it hurts too much. All planned shows are canceled. We are still figuring out if and when there will be any final shows. I want to personally thank every one of you who supported us over the years. You shared so much more with us than you’ll ever know. From our music to our politics, you helped make a bunch of Wallingford kids’ foolish dreams a reality. It was the great privilege of our young lives. To all of you who’ve connected with us, who’ve grown with us, who’ve loved, changed, cried, lived with us - and to all of you who will yet - Just know that we loved what we did, and we could never have...
