Behemoth have been forced to cancel their appearance on this summer's Mayhem Festival due to drummer Inferno requiring surgery.
Poland’s blackened death metal outfit BEHEMOTH have been forced to cancel their upcoming appearance on the Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival due to their drummer Inferno taking ill and requiring surgery.

The band’s front-man Nergal comments; "This must have been the most difficult decision we were forced to make in recent years. Behemoth is known for not canceling any shows or tours. But this is not something we can do when we are missing our driving force, the man behind the drums - Inferno. Unfortunately, he was hospitalized due to appendix surgery and...

Looking For Alaska have changed their sound style pretty drastically over their now three EPs. They went from being a folk/prog-rock influenced group on their first EP to a more raw, You Blew It!-like sound now. Today, we are bringing you the first taste of their upcoming EP, You And I Are Crashing, by premiering its title track. Check it out in the replies or on their AP.net Profile. If you're into stuff from Topshelf's artists with their 90s emo-ish influence, check this out.

Read my write up of last night's Austin stop of the Make Do And Mend tour with Diamond Youth here.
Yelling out lyrics like “I’m finding new ways to burn” during “Disassemble” and being able to hear one of my favorite lines of last blasted in my ears as Carroll yelled, “You can click your heels until you wear holes in the floor / And realize that no place feels like home anymore” on the penultimate “Stay In The Sun”…these are moments you don’t forget. This is why live music is so incredible. This is why you need to see this band live, as it makes you appreciate their records even more – if you can even believe that.

Guitarists Devin Shidaker (ex-Oceano) and Richard Gomez have joined The Acacia Strain.
It is with excitement and zero negativity that Massachusetts' based, The Acacia Strain announce the addition of two new full time members, Devin Shidaker and Richard Gomez, both on guitar. Thankful, always for all of your support and care for Inhale Exhale. When we were on the road all the time, and when we've been off, and only communicating through our...
