Head to the replies to watch the premiere of Heart To Heart's music video for "In Case You Haven't Noticed," my personal favorite track from the band's self-titled effort. The stellar pop punk/melodic hardcore album is out now on Anchor Eighty Four Records and can be purchased on iTunes or from their webstore. The band, who recently signed to Pure Noise Records, is currently on the Road to Mixtape tour alongside Forever Came Calling and Last Call.

Rochester, NY musician Declan Ryan will release his new EP, Introducing Close Calls, on April 23rd via Secret Audio Club. The effort marks a transition from acoustic songwriting to a full-band alt-country sound. Listen to the first track, "Manhattan Square," on his AP.net profile or in the replies. Recommended for fans of Monsters of Folk, Ryan Adams and The Gaslight Anthem.

Forever Came Calling have become one of our favorite up and coming pop-punk bands on AP.net after the release of Contender. So we're super excited to premiere the band's new music video for "Ides." Jump to the replies to check it out and leave your thoughts.

Although taking their name from the iconic The Get Up Kids, Olympia, Washington's Four Minute Mile fit perfectly in the modern pop-punk scene. One dash of Forever Came Calling, a touch of Such Gold, and a little bit of Stickup Kid, this is a band that will be sure to win you over. Today we're premiering the music video for "Grey" which comes from the band's latest Better Days Records release Bridges / Streetlights. Watch the video in the replies and leave your thoughts as well.

A few months ago, we premiered a new song from post-hardcore act Wolves At Bay's new EP, I Was The Devil Once. Today we're bringing you the whole enchilada. You can stream the band's latest Animal Style Records' effort in the replies or over at its AP.net profile. You can pre-order the record here.

Octaves will be releasing its Bridge Nine debut (and one of my favorite heavy releases of the year), Which Way The Wind Blows, next week. Today, we're bringing you an exclusive premiere of one of the album's finest tracks, "Poppycock." It's a chaotic blend of hardcore and melody and if you fancy yourself a fan of bands like Pianos Become The Teeth and La Dispute, then you'll adore this. Check it out in the replies or over at the band's AP.net profile. If you like the tunes emerging from your computer's speakers - and you will - make sure you pre-order the LP here.

Hailing from the Keystone State, Carousel Kings have been a part of the pop-punk scene for a few years now and are poised to be one of the up-and-comers in the genre. Today we're premiering the band's video for "Road Warrior" which you can view in the replies.

Plenty of bands show that youthful raw energy right out of the gate, but the special ones know to harness it within strong songwriting. Ohio five-piece Envoi is one of those bands that just gets it. By channeling all the best parts of Paramore's All We Know Is Falling, The Audition's Controversy Loves Company, and You Me At Six's Sinners Never Sleep, their new EP Changes proves to be an absolute blast. We've got full stream for you on the band's AP.net profile and in the replies - pick up the EP tomorrow.

Make Do And Mend released one of our favorite records last year, so we're stoked to announce the band's upcoming co-headlining tour with Cheap Girls this May. The two bands will be directly supported by Diamond Youth, making it one of the must-see tours of 2013. You can see all the tour dates and venues in the replies and stay tuned to the site for ticket information.

Everyone deserves a second chance and Random Holiday are a prime example of this mantra. Unbeknownst to them, I had the chance of seeing them live awhile back and thinking there was a lot of room for improvement. Improve they did...tenfold. Space To Grow is the band's upcoming debut LP and these high schoolers have channeled influences from recent pop-punk heavyweights like Forever Came Calling to put together an impressive full-length. Listen to "17" in the replies and leave your thoughts as well.

Seattle's To The Wind are gearing up for their debut LP, Empty Eyes, coming out this spring on Pure Noise Records. Produced and engineered by Sam Pura (The Story So Far, The American Scene) at The Panda Studios in Fremont, CA, the hardcore outfit will be sure to follow right in the steps of contemporaries such as The Ghost Inside, Stick To Your Guns, and more. Listen exclusively to the track "Hollow" in the replies.

Today we are premiering the first video in a series of three of Bridge 9 act Goodtime Boys Black Lodge sessions. This is a band that our very own Ryan Gardner was raving about at SXSW. Check out our video of the band performing its song "Breathe" in the replies.

I'm so excited to introduce you guys to Darkhorse, a post-hardcore project from Rochester, NY. The band will be releasing its debut LP The Engineer later this year, which was produced by A Wilhelm Scream's Trevor Reilly and Mike Supina. Combining hard-hitting riffs and powerful vocals from Ian Mclean, this is for fans seeking the aggressive nature of Thrice, the technicality of A Wilhelm Scream, and the heaviness of Deftones. Listen to "I Saw The Devil" in the replies.
Christian Wagner on 03/27/13 - 07:49 AM

We have our own version of March Madness this week, as we have another great premiere following up yesterday's fun. One of this site's favorite bands, Transit, will be releasing its new album, Young New England, next week. As we inch closer to April 2nd, we'd thought we give you another small taste of the Boston quintet's second album on Rise Records. The song is "Weathered Souls," and it's one of my favorite tracks on the new LP. Featuring Joe Boynton's always-honest lyrics and needling guitar riffs that won't leave your head, this song is bound to be a new fan favorite. Check it out in the replies and don't forget to pre-order Young New England here. Also, don't forget that...

Today we're so excited to stream the debut EP from Boston up and coming act Paris. The self-titled EP from the young act shows an extreme amount of poise which is all lead by the incredibly dynamic Lynn Gunnulfsen fronting the band. Guitarist Alex Babinski creates hard hitting and spacy guitar leads while Brian MacDonald (Bass) and Brad Griffin (Drums) provide the backbone for the band. This is recommended for fans of Conditions and Circa Survive and I promise you this band will be making waves very soon. The EP drops tomorrow but you can stream it now on the band's AP.net profile.
Christian Wagner on 03/25/13 - 09:17 AM

With Daytrader's sudden demise, I feared we'd lost one of the scene's most promising vocalists. Silly me - Tym had a plan all along. Teaming with visual artist/guitarist Daniel Danger, the duo formed Some Stranger and went to work. The band will digitally release their debut EP on April 2, along with a vinyl pressing via Robotic Empire on April 30 (pre-orders available here). Enjoy their new song "On and On" in the replies, as well as the full press release and album art.

Today we're bringing you a brand new music video from Betrayal, "The Good Die Young", off their album Abandonment. The video was edited by Daniel Wagner. The band's aggressive brand of hardcore can be compared to bands such as Bury Your Dead, Stick To Your Guns, and The Ghost Inside. The video was filmed live at the band's performance at The Cobalt Cafe in Canoga Park, CA. At the show, the band sold a benefit t-shirt in which all proceeds went to the victims of the Sandy Hook shooting. Head to the replies to check out the video.

If you dig the chill and laid-back stylings of bands like Minus The Bear and Real Estate, then you should spend the next three minutes checking out our premiere of Belgrade's new song, "Protest." Featuring former members from bands like Restorations and The Progress, this little indie jam will certainly have you tapping your feet. Check it out in the replies or over at the band's AP.net profile. The song is off the band's upcoming new album, which will be released in April.
