Soundsupply has released their latest 'drop' - only this time it's miniature! Let me explain. They're doing a whole month of Mini-Drops, with a new one launching every Monday in April. Mini Drops are 5 albums, sold for just a week at $10. They're highly curated around a specific theme or genre. This first drop is being called "My Other Band Is Another Band" and it features artists from Smashing Pumpkins, Weezer, Spoon, Dashboard Confessional and Alkaline Trio going solo. The Bonus EP is a 2-song debut from Joelly Coan's (The Felix Culpa) new band, Thereafter. It is the first time the public will ever get to hear and download his new music.
Our friends in Hawthorne Heights will be chatting on the site on Tuesday, April 23rd at 7pm EST. We'll also be streaming some new music from the band's upcoming album, Zero.
You can watch a teaser from an upcoming Fuse News interview with Tegan and Sara, in which they talk about the "overwhelming positive mainstream support" for gay marriage, here.
I the Mighty will release their full-length debut, Satori, on June 11th via Equal Vision Records. The artwork can be seen in the replies, along with the band's new music video for "Speak to Me."
