Caspian bass player Chris Friedirich unexpectedly died Sunday afternoon. The band will pay tribute this Saturday at a benefit show Chris had organized for a friend's lung transplant. A statement from the band is in the replies - our hearts go out to the band and their families.
We write to you today with heavy hearts and indescribable sadness to tell you that our bass player, Chris Friedrich, died unexpectedly Sunday afternoon. We have lost a close friend, a true brother, and a presence that can never be replaced in any of our lives. From Indian Lakes have signed to Triple Crown Records. The band will begin recording their label debut in early 2014. The label also announced there will be a vinyl re-issue of Able Bodies in October.
