Lowe's body was found by a hiker Tuesday evening beneath the Arcola High Bridge near Somerset, Wisconsin. His vehicle had been found in a parking lot nearby in Minnesota. Authorities state that cause of death is consistent with a fall.
His mother, Lori Greenberg, told the paper that her son was in good health and that police had found no visible injuries or signs of drug use. Moreover, the local police department confirmed in a tweet that there was no evidence of foul play or suicide. The medical examiner performed an autopsy Monday morning to determine any potential problems with Greenberg's heart and brain. A toxicology report is expected in two to three months.
On November 1, at approximately 0700 hours, [Wayne] and his wife went to bed. His wife stated that just prior to going to bed, he crushed one-half of a 30 mg oxycodone pill and consumed it. The oxycodone had been prescribed to his wife. He also drank an unknown amount of alcohol. His wife awoke at around 1530 hours. She found the decedent dead in the bed and called 911 at 1547 hours. Paramedics arrived and confirmed death at 1600 hours, noting rigor mortis and lividity. There was no evidence of foul play or any indication a struggle had taken place.

Black Tusk bassist Jonathan Athon has passed away. He was 32.
It is with deep regret and saddened hearts that we must tell you that Athon passed away this morning from injuries sustained from his motorcycle accident. Doctors told us that he suffered irreparable brain damage shortly after the accident. He has been in a coma and sustained by life support until now. Gerry Goffin, a prolific and multi-dimensional lyricist who with his then-wife and songwriting partner Carole King wrote such hits as "Will You Love Me Tomorrow," ''(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman," ''Up on the Roof" and "The Loco-Motion," died early Thursday at his home in Los Angeles. He was 75.
This weekend following a show in the New York area, Tracy Morgan's limo bus was involved in a crash with an 18-wheeler. The driver of the 18-wheeler allegedly fell asleep at the wheel after being on the road for 24 hours straight. Mr. Morgan is in critical condition, and another comedian performing with him, James McNair, has sadly passed away. Our thoughts are with everyone involved.

As many of you will have heard, Alberto Scott, a Miss May I fan in attendance at our Webster Hall show on Saturday nighttragically died. We were deeply shocked and saddened to hear this news. We are awaiting a full report from the New York Police Department. In the meantime, we’d ask that all your thoughts and prayers be with his family. We’ve be made aware of a webpage that is raising funds to help pay for his funeral costs. We will be making a contribution and we’d strongly urge others to do so.
