Right now we aren’t working on any new music and don’t have plans to do so any time soon. We aren’t breaking up, but after ten years of doing this—and it being the only thing we’ve known since the age of 16—we thought it was time for all of us to try something else.
I recently spoke with Jose Pasillas, the drummer of Incubus. The band had originally planned on releasing another EP later this year, but now they're considering doing a full-length instead. See the interview here.
This is an experiment for us. We’re writing, recording, rehearsing, and touring all back to back. We’re exploring our options and we don’t have anything set in stone, so that may be an option for us to put out a whole record.
McBusted are releasing their debut self-titled album on December 1st.
