Taken were his passport, cash, plane tickets, ipod, psp, guitar cables and other things of high value. Bassist Bradley Quinn Andress of the up-and-coming rock band Close To Home was recently diagnosed with a deadly form of cancer while on tour with his band across the U.S. Andress, 20, was told he would die when flu-like symptoms brought him into a hospital after a show and it was discovered he had a seven-inch tumor on one of his lungs. That lung was removed, but Andress will still have to undergo an additional surgery to see if the cancer has spread.

The band was set to leave for tour tomorrow, but plans have changed, as all their merch was taken along with the trailer. Due to a serious ankle injury sustained late yesterday by The Jonbenet's vocalist, Mike Murland, the band regrettably has to cancel the remaining dates of their tour which was to run through March 19th. It's Like Love flipped their van and trailor after hitting black ice, last night in Montana. Two members were admitted in the hosptal but released today. The band will miss their show in Rexburg, ID, tonight and the show in Denver, CO with My American Heart. The band will make their shows on February 10th in Phoenix and February 11th in Tucson. Syracuse, NY has lost another one. On January 2nd, Club Tundra closed their doors for the final time. Bands like Saosin, Acceptance, Matchbook Romance, Armor For Sleep, Anberlin, As I Lay Dying, Dillinger Escape Plan, Underoath, Motion City, Soundtrack Silverstein, Finch, Blindside, Poison The Well, From First To Last, and Hawthorne Heights played there last year alone, and now, the room is gone.
