Far From Proper has released its seven-song EP, Rock Bottom, which was produced, mixed, and mastered by Will Yip (Title Fight, Dead End Path) and also produced by Shane Hendersen from Valencia. That's Outrageousrecently began asking for donations in an IndieGoGo project to fund their second record. Many questioned the $7,500 goal the band was trying to reach, so the group has outlined that budget in a blog here. The budget includes $2,500 for CDs, $1,000 for travel, $1,500 for start-up merch costs, $500 for mastering the album and $1,500+ for studio time.
This Good Robot started as a solo project by former Patent Pending frontman Michael Ragosta. It wasn't long before it became a full band and has since blossomed into an eight-person group. They combine a variety of genres, from indie rock to pop punk to post-hardcore and everything in between.
