Amazon's Best in 2009

Amazon's best-of and bestselling albums and songs of 2009 can be seen here. Is your favorite album of the year on the list?

RuckerPark 11/04/09 11:06 AM

nope! MO, BN....both not on it!

The Summer Ends 11/04/09 11:08 AM

Pretty damn good list. I would actually transpose St. Vincent and Neko Case, and I'm pretty down with it. Looks like Amazon is pretty on it.

Pretty good list, however my favourite 'The Antlers' - 'Hospice' wasn't on there.

I want to know how well Sainthood is selling.

Yeah, I just noticed that. No Antlers, JJ, or The Thermals make me sad. Yoko Ono made it but no Thermals? Come on now people. Also, no Bill Callahan.

I didn't see The Low Anthem's "Oh My God, Charlie Darwin" on there, which is blasphemous. Unless I missed it?

HometownHero 11/04/09 11:19 AM

Pretty damn good list

You should get out more.

Hell yeah for Doom's Born Like this for making this list. And The XX-XX

irthesteve 11/04/09 11:23 AM

there's some good stuff on here

aerofan11 11/04/09 11:25 AM

I can't believe how much of the best selling stuff is crap. Pitbull is number 5? :hitself:
I liked Amazon's list, don't know why they put Jay-Z so high on the album list, but whatever.
