Don't really know what voting does except for the "winning" brag rights, because MTV and MTV2 definitely don't ever play any videos any more really, but yay for Sparks for continued exposure in any way.

this is for MtvU, which is on most college campuses, and i'm sure maybe somewhere else? idk, but all they do for most of the day is show videos. i used to watch it a lot, but they used to play a lot more videos relevant to me, and a lot less rap :|
