why'd they play 'in vogue' in its entirety, imo it's their weakest album. i wouldve love to see 'the hot and heavy' live all the way through. was it like an anniversary thing?

first and only time i saw drop dead, gorgeous was 4 years ago and i thought it was impossible for them to sound that bad again. i was wrong, they're still just as bad. can't believe they haven't improved at all in that long.

i love these guys so much. Worse Than A Fairy Tale is their best IMO, but all their albums have spectacular songs. Can't wait for their next lp

I think you made me throw up a little! Even Drop Dead thought Worse than a Fairy Tale was pure crap, hahaha! THats why they only play like 1 song off it (which is the only okay song!)

I think it was some sort of anniversary, but I dunno. Imo, it was their 2nd strongest, right behind "the Hot and Heavy". I mean their would be no Hot and Heavy though if it weren't for In Vogue cause they would have had nothing to fall back on after the crappiest album they put out was released "Worse than a Fairy Tale". They knew they couldn't make that again, even they thought it was awful, so they took it back to their roots, which was In Vogue.

i loved the experimental vibe WTAFT had, but i guess not everyone was expecting that right after 'in vogue'. i feel like the 'hot and heavy' combined the best aspects of both.

Worse Than A Fairy Tale was their best artistically. It sounded raspy, chaotic, out of key, which was exactly how those songs were supposed to feel with the story they were telling. The Hot N Heavy was a good post-hardcore album but when it came down to it, that's all it was - another post-hardcore album. In Vogue sounds like it was made by first graders.
