I'm happy to say I saw GnR on their original Chinese Democracy tour in like 2001. Axl wasn't even late, which blew everyone's mind.

I don't see why people care. They haven't been relevant in over a decade. They also have a tendency to either show up late or not show up at all to shows. They didn't show for a show in Vancouver once and there were riots downtown.

All press is good press, Reeds is getting so much publicity because of Axl Rose, i wouldn't doubt booking Guns N' Roses is a publicity stunt, because nobody in their sane minds would continue to book him with his history of diva moments.

I disagree, I don't think they was booked as a publicity stunt at all. It's not like Reading and Leeds needs promoting, it sells out in mere hours every year and has been going for decades. Also an expensive publicity stunt if it was one becuase every minute they go over the curfew, it costs Melvin Benn thousands of pounds.

1. This is not news, this is what happens when they play anywhere and everywhere.
2. If you book a gig, show up on fucking time since your being payed just to play the same music you've been playing for 20 years. (Not to mention how lucky their old asses are in the first place to still have a following.)
