Was supposed to fly from KC to Newark last night and then get a connector in Newark to TF Green in providence. Flight from kc was delayed by 3 hours whiched caused me to miss my connector. I decided to fly to Newark anyway instead of staying in KC the night and flying out in the morning and getting a connector in chicago (which I should've have done). Got to the Newark airport around 12 and had to go about 3 places before I could finally get a hotel. They paid for the hotel and gave me a new flight to providence at 830 this morning. Got to the hotel got about 3 hours of sleep and then came to the airport this morning. Get to my gate to find out that the flight to PVD has been cancelled and that they can't guarantee me a flight to providence until Monday at 1030 (could stand by on booked flights). End up just taking a ticket to Boston and now a roommate has to pick me up and drive me to get my car in providence (which has been racking up parking garage fees).
Haven't gotten back yet, but I felt like ranting. United airlines sucks and honestly their customer service hasn't done much besides give me a 3 hour stay in a hotel room and a 10 dollar meal voucher. Any advice on what you guys think I shoul do? Beyond frustrated and I just want some money or a free flight somewhere haha.

Oh jesus that's terrible. I've only flown United so far in my life and luckily have never had an issue.
Though this will change Thursday when I fly JetBlue to Seattle! Weebs, when we hangin????
