swimforthemusic 10/04/10 01:16 PM

Boston! This is going to be amazing.

wushuwarrior21 10/04/10 01:18 PM

stoked for this show, but $200 for the box set is a bit much for me.

jrtbighurt 10/04/10 01:18 PM

Cool.

Alex DiVincenzo 10/04/10 01:19 PM

Awesome! Small place too.

HometownHero 10/04/10 01:19 PM

This would be the only reason I would ever see him at this point.

jrtbighurt 10/04/10 01:20 PM

Would buy if it wasn't 200 dollars.

Blink2226 10/04/10 01:22 PM

I'm guessing so. Those who get to see this are lucky. Those who have 200 bills to throw at this are also lucky.

cscwell107 10/04/10 01:25 PM

Why does he never come to ohio?

the new dancer 10/04/10 01:27 PM

damn this would have been reallycool if it would have came anywhere near me

Rysker6 10/04/10 01:27 PM

Awe, no Chicago. The last two times he toured acousitcally he came to Chicago, awe.

Mochem 10/04/10 01:27 PM

Well, fuck that. I'm not paying $200.

i think its 200 for the box set, tickets are like 25

deadenddecember 10/04/10 01:30 PM

so excited for this. bought four tickets immediately even though i haven't talked to anyone about going. i just figured it's going to sell out quickly given the venue and this fact that it's chris solo.

zachff 10/04/10 01:33 PM

What the motherfuck is this, no Chicago?

Montauk1222 10/04/10 01:34 PM

Do want

Chicago shows do exist, for some reason they're not posted on AP.

I went to buy and it said $27-$275. That's a huge difference. I don't want all these meet & greet, shirts, and posters. I'll take 2 tickets and the vinyl please.

Last time I saw Dashboard was a small venue too. I guess they aren't selling big venues like they used to. :(

Miss Heartcore 10/04/10 01:36 PM

oh fuck yes

Maiaophilia 10/04/10 01:38 PM

of course no where near me.
/bummed.

Tix are more expensive than I expected. I also don't know for sure if I'll be in town that weekend, so I think I'm holding off for now

Chris Carrabba/DC/FSF and New Found Glory are my favorite bands/performers ever. He played on my birthday before and I missed it, I can't miss this.

The Summer Ends 10/04/10 01:41 PM

Wow... I'm definitely road tripping to Chicago for this. SAR is my favorite Dashboard album, and Chris Carrabba is my favorite singer.

Joeypeapot777 10/04/10 01:42 PM

There's too many awesome shows happening soon. I wish I had money..

bradsonemanband 10/04/10 01:44 PM

200 bucks??? god dammit... cant do it, Chris. sorry.

The Dashboard/NFG acoustic show last year was one of my all time favorite concerts.

I think that's only for the mega package.

Forgot why I couldn't attend that, that probably would have been the best show of my life.

xapplexpiex 10/04/10 01:49 PM

If I see them in Pontiac, it will be my second time. They were really good when I saw them a few years ago. I hope I can go to this.

Yeah I don't think any of the "packages" effect where you sit. I think that's just if you want a bunch of stuff. Personally Im fine with the good ol' basic SAR.

You could make your own. Take some photos of yourself that "Have never been released." Handwrite your own lyrics. DIY is punk rock.

anthonydarko 10/04/10 01:59 PM

No St. Louis date:-(

Miss Heartcore 10/04/10 02:03 PM

bought my concert tickets first, will buy the package later.

so happy :inlove:

bradsonemanband 10/04/10 02:10 PM

Dashboard Confessional was one of my biggest influences in high school, yet i never saw him/them live up until about a year ago. i didn't want to bother with seeing Dashboard play as a full band, cuz i never got into the last few albums. so when i saw them play finally, it was just Chris and Johnny playing acoustic, and it was perfect! lots of oldies. and then i saw Chris play solo a couple months ago for a charity benefit. i'm pretty lucky to have seen Dashboard solo twice in the last year. that's the only way i like my DC.

boscorelli 10/04/10 02:19 PM

wish this was coming to toronto...

Dob 10/04/10 02:21 PM

whoa.

TheRocketKid 10/04/10 02:22 PM

You could conjure up the idea that they'd perform songs from the album.

or you could read and realize he's playing the album front to back

i wonder if this includes hold on, forgery, and not easy...

combatchuckaa 10/04/10 02:36 PM

So how much is just the vinyl boxset? Cuz...if it's $200, I want to know who ordered it, and why.

Until The Bombs 10/04/10 02:41 PM

Welp. Got my tickets for the show at The Note seeing as it's down the block, but eff the $200 vinyl.

Holly HoX! 10/04/10 02:43 PM

Damn, no Minneapolis? I would love to see this.

stfu_man 10/04/10 02:43 PM

I'm so excited for this show. I saw him ten years ago during this album release when it was his solo days. I can't wait.

Like everyone else is saying, I wish the box set wasn't $200. I can't spend that kind of money even though I wish I could.

evvandflow 10/04/10 02:45 PM

this

is

awesome
