I have a hard time getting past the blatant Christian lyrics. the song alienates me. as well, i find the song rather bland. I really enjoy "Heart Attack" and "Take Me Away"

how does it alienate you? the lyrics are only saying that there is hope in the world and the singer of this band just happens to find that through his faith, it doesn't preach anything. a lot of people seem to find the fact that he says "Jesus" an automatic turn off....but what about this site's all time favorite band, Brand New? the song "Jesus Christ"? no one considers that a turn off...
