From what I saw on their facebook it kind of looks that way. They are discounting their merch and people people are hearing rumors of a break up. Hopefully their will start other projects

Weird, Rise sent a care package to me with PM today and Tides of Man CDs after the whole JC incident. Maybe it was a sign, or they were just clearing them out.
