Alrighty, so an opinion that matters (or doesn't matter):
Album is very good. Well, to me at least. They stepped up the songwriting and musicianship a shit ton. The songs, musically, just sound perfect to me. Couldn't be happier about that. Now, I can see why Ian (xhandgunxheart) would think their lyrics a step down. The songs have a more open feel to them, where KTTY was fast paced. The lyrics on L&F have more room to say what needs to be said, and sometimes, the lyrics deliver. Some are mehhh, while others are rather good. With KTTY, the faster paced music, it's easier to say shorter, harder hitting things. Yet, even L&F's most mehhh lyrics are 100x better than some of the other pop punk releases of this year's lyrics.
Plus, the Patrick Stump cameo rules. It's the closest we may ever get to a Take This To Your Grave sounds from P. Stump for a very long time.
Now, addressing himynameisjim... Bro, come on. You don't like Transit, or Man Overboard. You think they're boring and shitty. That's fine, you're entitled to your opinion. Yet, to maybe make your point clearer by expanding on your ideas and reasoning. Also, I noticed you called this site "shitty". Hey, you don't have to be here. Strikegently got way too shitty (lol) for me to keep going to, so I stopped going. You don't have to keep coming here. You don't like the site, and what it covers, why keep coming back if it's just going to make you mad? Simple solutions, my brotha.
