I didn't even know there was a new Common album coming out. That will be a nice way to end the year.

I wish Pusha's album had sold more, such a great album.

incognitojones 11/20/11 07:01 PM

Just got really excited for new Common.

jeremyc 11/20/11 07:16 PM

Wasn't feeling any of the new stuff this week.

Jet World Order album is decent and gives you that Jet vibe but it's mostly Trademark and those two little dudes on the majority of the album.

Drake's album is worth it solely for creating a playlist with The Ride, Lord Knows and UnderGround Kings and letting it play for hours.

Nas needs to drop some new solo shit. That Alchemist beat and the rest of the EP for MD was kinda soft.

Can't wait for the new Rae mixtape

AdamChildress 11/20/11 07:29 PM

Happy about that Madlib & Freddie Gibbs mixtape

REALLY excited for Kendrick Lemar & Dr. Dre working together, I am hoping Detox will be good =D

ETGsynth 11/20/11 07:57 PM

Oh Mr. O'Reilly.

perceptrons 11/20/11 08:13 PM

Really excited for Common, interested in what Mobb Deep has to offer.

John_Barnes 11/20/11 08:45 PM

Was wondering if it'd be on here, but since it's not: T.I.'s new album will be called Trouble Man, and he will be premiering a new single entitled "Pyro" soon.

WhoSaidThat? 11/20/11 08:51 PM

Awesome Drake review.

DickfaceChillah 11/20/11 09:05 PM

So wait, what was the last ten years considered then, Dre?

Common's artwork is fucking gorgeous. Can't wait for it to drop.

Unlike most, I thought Pro Tools was a fairly listenable album and I can't wait to hear new GZA. I just hope the album is a little less light on the production side, as there wasn't much to work with on Pro Tools.

he's 3 for 3 on singles too. no i.d. is producing the whole thing, and i'm gonna go ahead and say it's a shoo-in for rap album of the year. it's a shame it drops on december 20th and will miss many lists, though.

that BC ep was boring as hell. the nas track and one other (forget) are the only good takeaways.

looks like the announcement was earlier today. i had done this round-up last night, which explains its absence. good lookin' out. that title is boo boo, though.

love the artwork too. and dre is a moron.

swimbearswim 11/20/11 10:54 PM

Asher's going to get it right with the 2nd album. Dude's finally rapping the way he should have from the start. "In the Kitchen" is silly dope.

justbradley 11/20/11 11:08 PM

Sad how Camp by Childish Gambino isn't on that top ten list. It's one of my favorite records of the year.
