I wish they could edit in Terrence Cody's 40 into that as well.

IcedOpethBlind 02/26/12 01:29 PM

he would fall out of the frame

Haha, like they did with Rich Eisen's run

Can't wait to see RG3 play.

Jesus is he fast from 10-25yds...he blows them away. In open field, he'll be like CJ2K

He came from an offense that was run-option though, so, defenses play 8 or 9 in the box and you get a lot of broken coverages. Also, look at where most of that comes from; 307 of his 820yds (7 of his 28 catches) came againse Middle Tennessee and Western Carolina. He went 6/151 against UNC. He had 9 catches for 245yds in the 7 ACC games that followed that. A third of his games resulted in 0 or 1 reception.

He's great for that one big play, but, even D-Jax is more reliable than that.

startBBtoday 02/26/12 04:55 PM

People really need to temper their expectations for Stephen Hill. If he's drafted before the mid-2nd round, it's a reach.

Vanislh 02/26/12 04:59 PM

hearing browns are going to have to give #4, #22, and a 3rd at least to move up to 2. Wonder how much indy would sell the #1 for :p

Yup, there's a pretty good chance in my mind that the Pats won't keep both their firsts. If the Browns don't get RGIII or Tannehill, think they'd want to trade back into the first for Weeden?

god I hope not, and really doubt it. I think we will end up with RG3, Tannehill, Flynn, or stick with Mccoy and grab a late round project QB.

I like Weeden more than Tannehill and he's WAY better than McCoy.

xkj1985x 02/26/12 05:45 PM

Saw some pieces from Kuechly's interview, seems like a good kid....I'd like to see the Eagles take him but I think they'll address ILB through FA and look down to the DLine in round one.

He's going to be turning 29 in October, I'm not touching him in the first round.

porttheman 02/26/12 06:08 PM

I'd take Weeden over Tannehill. Easily

Getup and Dance 02/26/12 06:13 PM

I like Cousins as my top QB for the Seahawks.

Do you want a guy who can play right away or MIGHT be able to play in 2-3 years?

I never said I wanted Tannehill, I said earlier in this thread I wouldn't touch him in the 1st. I'd avoid both of them in the first.

I'd much rather give McCoy more weapons and give it another try next year (*complete excuse to tank). If things don't work out (they won't), go for one of the QBs next year.

startBBtoday 02/27/12 06:56 AM

Some of these DL are freaks. Fletcher Cox with a 4.79 at 298 pounds, Bruce Irvin 4.43 at 250 pounds...

xbrokendownx 02/27/12 07:01 AM

christ, Irvin's time is crazy

blimpcityhero11 02/27/12 07:04 AM

Coples running a 4.72 definitely won't hurt his stock...

startBBtoday 02/27/12 07:11 AM

Jaye Howard 4.75 is bananas too.

blimpcityhero11 02/27/12 07:21 AM

Brockers just looks like a monster.

blimpcityhero11 02/27/12 08:25 AM

Wow... Nick Perry with an (unofficial) 4.5 and Poe with a 4.87. Gotta love Mercilus's 4.63 too.

xbrokendownx 02/27/12 08:26 AM

man, that perry time is crazy

anyone think he jumps into the top 10?

xkj1985x 02/27/12 08:27 AM

Poe just had a 4.87 40....what?!

xbrokendownx 02/27/12 08:31 AM

dude is pushing 350

that is unbelievable

Highly doubt he's in the top 10. Even Coples is fringe top 10 purely based on need/value. My only scenario that I could envision would be to Buffalo as an OLB.

xbrokendownx 02/27/12 09:05 AM

I don't see Coples getting past Buffalo to be honest

Tyler Vagyler 02/27/12 09:09 AM

What was Brockers' 40 time?

Yeah... The idea of Perry (or another OLB) going to Buffalo would be with Coples going before. Honestly, I think they'd take Upshaw first anyways.

Unofficially 5.33

mht 02/27/12 09:21 AM

Holy shit. I want him at the 24 pick. Him or Cordy Glenn. I don't care if he's a little tall, he's faster than any of our DE's and as fast as some of our LB's.

preppyak 02/27/12 10:33 AM

Moral of the story is the 1st round is gonna be 50% D-line. So many freak athletes

Vanislh 02/27/12 10:40 AM

Nick Perry is blowing up every drill today, damn

xkj1985x 02/27/12 10:45 AM

Zach Brown just ran a 4.45 and stumbled....twice!

xkj1985x 02/27/12 10:46 AM

....and 346lb Dontari Poe ran faster than Vontaze Burfict lol.

xbrokendownx 02/27/12 10:46 AM

Burfict ran a 4.93

yikes

xbrokendownx 02/27/12 10:58 AM

4.5 for Kuechly, damn

xkj1985x 02/27/12 10:59 AM

The more I see from Kuechly, the more I want the Eagles to take him....but they won't.

I bet he could go sub-4.4

Vanislh 02/27/12 11:09 AM

so much speed on defense in this years draft

xkj1985x 02/27/12 11:11 AM

Zach Brown 4.44 in 2nd attempt.

xkj1985x 02/27/12 11:12 AM

Burfict 2nd time of 5.10 HAHAHAHAHA!

J.C. 02/27/12 11:12 AM

"Nobody's Burfict."

xbrokendownx 02/27/12 11:13 AM

holy shit lol

talk about a sinking ship

Vanislh 02/27/12 11:15 AM

shit that is slow lol

blimpcityhero11 02/27/12 12:14 PM

Damnit... Really wish Upshaw ran a 40. Oh well... Zach Brown and Luke Kuechly look like studs.

xkj1985x 02/27/12 03:29 PM

evansilva: Per @AaronAloysius, #LSU CB Morris Claiborne has 33 1/4-inch arms. Same arm length as Iowa OL Riley Reiff: http://t.co/sPKZasn9

Tyler Vagyler 02/27/12 04:28 PM

Is Dontari Poe human? Holy shit, this guy just destroyed the combine. 350 pounds, ran a 4.9, 44 reps. This guy is a monster.

spiffa0 02/27/12 04:29 PM

Looks like the Steelers may have to trade up if they want him. Doubt he'll fall that far now.
