I still think the Browns target Matt Flynn in free agency. Would love to see something like this-

Flynn, 1a- Blackmon, 1b- Perry, 2- Doug Martin

I'm warming up to him, but I don't think I'd want to take him at 4. Yes, I understand the whole "can't put a price on finding a franchise QB" argument, but I don't think I'd want to pass up someone like Claiborne, Richardson or Blackmon. It may be too far of a slide, but I'd love for the Browns to trade #4 (and likely a 4th) to trade down to get #17 and #21 from the Bengals. It's probably not too realistic, but it makes sense for both sides if the Bengals become really enamored with Richardson. The problem here would be that the Browns would likely be too far down to grab Tannehill.

I think if we're going to grab Tannehill we should do something creative

Possibly trade down to 9 or so, grab Tannehill then trade back up to #13ish if Floyd/Richardson is still out there and grab one of them.

Ya I wouldn't doubt it. If we decide to go Tannehill we might just have to take him at 4. I just feel like it's a setback if we draft him there, who knows.

Likely 2nd round. I could see there being some jockeying at the top of the 2nd round on day 2 with teams trying to move up for Weeden and/or Cousins.
