Influenced too many bands I like-to-love. Excellent mopey stuff.


Sits directly between the Smiths and Neutral Milk Hotel. Not quite as good as either, but beautiful and patient all the same.


Some of it's the change you expect, other times more of a logical progression from Dispirit.


So goddamn good. A mesh of shoegaze, post-punk and '90s alternative. Remixes/remasters a couple tracks from their demo and mixtape and adds new stuff. One of my three favorite compilations this year.

Finally finishing up Season 8. I want a car periscope so bad I dreamt about buying one last night until I realized my car doesn't have a sunroof.

I forgot how good of an album Your Favorite Weapon is. Been rocking that on vinyl all week.

I feel like I always forget just how great this band is. Thanks for reminding me.
