Was it announced for April 17th on Distort already?

LongDistanceDrunk 01/26/12 12:00 PM

Agreed man it lacked the energy and intensity of Hail Destroyer.

But judging from Old Blood that intensity and energy is back.

April 17 is the Canadian release date. Since Distort doesn't have distribution in the States, it makes sense they'd get an American label and for whatever reason the release date Metal Blade chose is a week later.

Oh thanks, I find that a little strange its a week later. Ah well I'll get it on the 17th so doesn't matter. :D

Cancer Bats must have signed to MBR fairly recently; I don't seem the band listed on the label's roster on their website.

Yeah, I don't get why they're pushing it back a week, but whatever. Hopefully Metal Blade gets the band more attention in the States because they don't have a following there like they do in Canada and the UK.

Great band, nicest guys. Can't wait to hear this.

Fish Man Alex 01/26/12 02:35 PM

they're not bad, but I didn't think people actually listened to them
