Jimmy Eat World's Bleed American 3XLP vinyl pre-order starts today at 3PM EST. This second pressing is on gold, silver and blue vinyl and limited to 1,000 copies.

Badly want this ... don't think I can justify the 54 dollars though ... but ... egh. Fuck. Conscious is kicking my ass this morning.

Pretty much exactly what I was going to post. I would love to have this, but $54 is a lot of money, especially to a poor college student.

"Hey honey, I know we were saving for a vacation in April ... but I wanted vinyl."

I don't think that would go over well.

Fork up the cash now, sell it for three times as much online if it ends up being a bad decision. Eh?

This is the inherent problem with vinyls. I will never have all of the ones I want.

you know 54 bucks is a lot of money, depending on your situation, but it's only 18/album, so in reality that's a pretty good price. Although it's just the deluxe cd package, which is way cheaper and I already own, I may still have to pick this up.

Isn't this technically the "self titled" release? I thought the Bleed American cover actually had "Bleed American" next to the band name.

Well, looks like I might have to start selling again. There's entirely too much awesome stuff coming out on vinyl. Kinda surprised they didn't save this for a record store day release.

I agree that it's a lot of money...but I spent $45 on the black first press of this on Record Store Day, and listening to all those extra songs was a really, really awesome experience. However, this is my favorite JEW album by far....so that plays a role in it. But yeah, those extra demos and stuff shouldn't be discounted, as they are awesome, if you like the record a lot, they will be of great interest to you.
The first press of this 3xLP version WAS a Record Store Day release last year.

if your limbs are worth around $70 you can go on discogs and get it, that's where I got mine :).

does anyone know if these colours are a splatter or if each disc is one of the colours?

I wonder why they repressed it yet again. I thought 2000 was a fair number last year. I don't know if I want this that badly but I already have a staggering Jimmy collection.

The only album of theirs I'm interested in owning on vinyl, and it's always this 3xLP, super expensive deal. le sigh.
