Tay? Not a fan.

Agreed.
With Tay, her voice may not be the prettiest or have the best range, but it's powerful.

I haven't seen a single person mention Sherri Dupree-Bemis. That makes me so sad that I don't even know what to think...

That being said, here's my list:

1. Jason Vena
2. Anthony Green
3. Aaron Gillespie/Spencer Chamberlain (together)
4. Sherri Dupree-Bemis
5. Mike Herrera
6. Chris Carraba
7. Derek Sanders/Jason Lancaster (together)
8. Daryl Palumbo
9. Stephen Christian
10. Craig Owens (sorry)

Ace Enders, Geoff Rickly, and Aaron Marsh are my favorites.

I saw Old Wives and it reaffirmed my love of live music. Seriously, this man puts every vocalist you like to shame. I promise you.

I saw Further Seems Forever back in the day with The Juliana Theory and Yellowcard and he sounded pretty awful. Never got the chance to see him live again though. Also, understand that I am a huge fan of his work, and was really into How To Start A Fire when I saw them live (not that I have lost any love for the album).

Brian Fallon.

low_rising 03/15/12 04:59 PM

Max Bemis, Keith Buckely, Tanner Merritt (O'brother), Matt Thiessen, Dallas Green, Spencer Chamberlain, Annie Clark and Wesley Eisold (especially in Cold Cave).

Andrew McMahon (Jack's Mannequin)
Jesse Lacey (Brand New)
Hayley Williams (Paramore)
Davey Havok (AFI)
Nate Ruess (fun.)
Anthony Green (Circa Survive)

This list is almost perfect but I would replace Jesse with Kenny Vasoli (Starting Line), Nate Ruess with Evan Weiss (into it. over it), and Anthony Green with John Darnielle (The Mountain Goats).

Jarrod Gorbel
AJ Perdomo

Brendon Urie's name has probably been thrown out there a dozen times by now, but he deserves another mention.
