Video is in broad daylight. From the report I expected some dimly lit parking lot. I wonder how he got to this point given all the attention he's had lately. You would have thought somebody would have been around him. He really must have gone off the rails very quickly. Wild and easy to make jokes about, but obviously not a good situation.
